Vanita Sachdeva McGill Law had a strong presence at the Second Annual Canadian Food Law and Policy Conference, which was hosted by the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law in November, with several students and profs participating, and where student Vanita Sachdeva won a prize for her presentation.

In August, a group of law students and professors embarked on the ten-hour drive to Georgian Bay to spend four days learning about Indigenous law with the Chippewas of Nawash First Nation.
