Recently, the McGill Reporter spoke to two of McGill’s most successful student-athletes – Olympian Dori Yeats and Top Eight Academic All-Canadian François Jarry – to find out how they handle the enormous demands placed upon them.

Dori Yeats wrestles her way to Pan Am gold


Dori Yeats, a 21-year-old civil engineering freshman, made the move from the artistry of competitive gymnastics to the grind of freestyle wrestling at age 14. The move has proven a good one as, on Friday, Yeats won Pan Am Games gold.
