McGill maple syrup has arrived!
A bit of the Morgan Arboretum has come to the downtown campus. You can now get the Arboretum’s maple syrup at the McGill Bookstore. The Arboretum’s syrup is made following traditional methods. The sap is gathered by buckets and boiled over a wood burning fire. Absolutely no artificial products are used in the production process. With this year’s short maple syrup season, supply is limited, so hurry down and pick up a bottle. For more information about the Morgan Arboretum check out the website.
