Facilities Call Centre offers “one-stop shopping” for all the University’s maintenance needs. Whether you need grounds maintenance, assistance with a plumbing or electrical issue, carpentry or painting, help is only a phone call or email away. The Facilities Call Centre handles 25,000 maintenance related calls a year – an average of over 100 requests per day – to keep McGill’s two campuses running smoothly.
