McGill Chaplaincy to get new name

Posted on Thursday, December 19, 2013

As of Jan. 1, 2014, McGill Chaplaincy Service will be called the McGill Office of Religious and Spiritual Life (Bureau de la Vie Religieuse et Spirituelle). This name aspires to be more descriptive, recognizable and inclusive, and is in step with the general trend amongst major universities in North America.

Effective immediately, the office can be reached at, but old contact info will still work for a transition period of a few months. MORSL remains a proud member of McGill Student Services and all of its programs and services will remain the same. Be sure to follow MORSL on Twitter at @SpiritualMcGill to stay up to date on its activities and receive regular spiritual wellness tips and insights.
