Professor George P.H. Styan, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, has been named an Honorary Member in the Statistical Society of Canada (SSC). Honorary Membership of the SSC is awarded to a statistical scientist of outstanding distinction who has contributed to the development of the statistical sciences in Canada.
