World renowned scientist Dr. Brenda Milner receives Dan David Prize

Dr. Brenda Milner, an active researcher at the age of 95, has been awarded the 2014 Dan David Prize for her fundamental contributions to the science of memory and the brain. Dr. Milner shares the Prize for the category Present: “Combatting Memory Loss”, with Peter St. George-Hyslop (University of Cambridge) and John A. Hardy (University College, London).

Heather Durham – recognized by ALS Canada

Dr. Durham received the William Fraser Leadership Development Award from ALS Canada earlier this month. The award recognizes outstanding leadership development by a volunteer working to promote the organization at a local, provincial or national level. Bravo!
