Nutrition information has never been more accessible than right now, on the internet and other social media. But not all the information is credible: myths and misinformation abound.
Join Cali Guttman and Kelly Light as they explain the benefits of eating right, and give you some tips on how to get started. The session leaders are third-year Dietetics students who are acquiring experience in group nutrition education as part of their stage. Read more »
