Focus June 2015 new books 150x150 Professors Robert Leckey and Kirsten Anker have authored two new books, the first a comparative study of judicial review, the second on indigenous rights. Furthermore, several edited collections have been published, notably Rod Macdonald’s Legal Imagination.

Round of the 2015 Moots February and March bring a few last snow flurries, along with many mooting contests. This year again, about 40 students have participated or will participate in various moots, whose themes range from criminal law and international law to securities and social justice.
